She kept me informed every step of the way, explained everything that was going on with my vehicle, and made sure I understood the repairs and the process. She helped us tremendously, and I truly appreciate all of her hard work and professionalism. She is, without a doubt, the best service advisor I’ve ever dealt with at any dealership. It’s rare to receive this level of customer service, and she made the entire experience stress-free. On top of that, the service on my vehicle was completed much faster than I expected, which was a huge plus. Thank you to the entire team, and especially to my service advisor, for providing such exceptional service. I’ll definitely be returning and recommending this dealership to others!

VERY impressed with this Posner Park dealership. My Jeep Grand Cherokee had emergency suspension issues on I-4 on the way from SWFL to Orlando for a trade show. I pulled over, looked up the closest Jeep dealer, and talked with Stephanie in the service dept. After explaining my situation, she guided me through the process that would happen once I called a tow. I received a text from the dealership saying the vehicle was received. The following day after my trade show, I called for an update. Stephanie was on the phone with Mopar warranty filing my claim and texted that she’d keep me posted. After a bit of time, I Ubered to the dealership for an update to be closer to home. Both Hernan and Kevin the service manager went out of their way to help me since Stephanie’s shift was over. Parts were arriving the next day to fix the suspension issues, warranty was covering it, and yes, they’d look into a couple minor items I wanted checked. I was going to Uber to a nearby hotel, but they insisted on having Hernan shuttle me to a hotel. He suggested a closer one than the one I was thinking, and he was spot on. Polite, grabbing my luggage, and waiting until I was in the hotel before leaving. He gave me his cell so I had it for the next day. I messaged Stephanie in the morning, she explained she was waiting for warranty approval on the additional items I asked to check, but I explained I didn’t want to wait another day for any work, and could take care of that closer to home. Within the hour, she texted back that the car was just about ready and my shuttle could come get me. Hernan arrived a short time later, brought my car around and checked me out. Car ran great for the two hour drive home. Highly recommend Posner Park Jeep, Chrysler, etc. service dept, for their customer service, quick turn around, and friendliness!

My husband and I recently purchased our second vehicle from Posner Park Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM FIAT, and once again, we had a great experience. Our salesman, Dee, was fantastic to work with—professional, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire process. From the moment we test drove the vehicle to the time we signed the paperwork, everything moved quickly and efficiently. The entire process took only about two hours, which was greatly appreciated. Go see Joe! If you need a vehicle I highly recommend going to this dealership because they will hear you out. They will treat you like actual family because Joe now is a part of our family and Bill was amazing. The whole experience of getting my very first car was such a pleasure to deal with Joe and Bill. I have literally been to so many dealerships in Davenport and Orlando and everywhere I went. I was looked down on left disappointed. And I was giving up hope until I pre-qualified and Joe called me and let me tell you I was not disappointed. I left with a car that I wanted that same day I was happy with and I even got the price that I was so happy with they worked with me. I went into the dealership with eight thousand dollars in negative equity due to a bad vehicle purchase I had to make two years ago. The dealership worked diligently with me to make sure I got the best deal possible. I wanted a particular vehicle, but the dealership was able to get me a vehicle I liked close to what I was expecting to purchase. The salesman Claudio cared enough to get some additional information about my lifestyle and vehicle usage. Rather than just making a sale he suggested other options such as leasing, which turned out to be the right choice for me. I greatly appreciate everyone’s diligence in the process.

I've dealt with a lot of dealerships on my search for my new Ram, and I should of stopped the moment Angel reached out. He was 100% transparent about everything from the jump. Even when I changed my mind on which truck I wanted right before the appointment he still translated the previous deals over. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to shop here and ask for Angel. Now when it comes to the financing part Matt was extremely friendly and quick. He never tried to push extra options on us but was very helpful explaining each option and we actually settled on some additional services with out ever feeling pressured. Now where things got hectic is at 430 when we tried to wire the money deposit and the bank said sorry cant help you today. We were stressed on how we were going to get home and Bill and Angel came through and made sure we were going to get home in the new truck. I can not tell you how grateful I am for Angel, Matt, and Bill. Amazing team here and will recommend them to everyone I know. Thank you all again.

DeAndrae responded to my inquiry quickly, scheduled a time to personally show me the details of the vehicle through FaceTime, and answered all my questions. I honestly didn't think they could do it... But they did!! I went in with very specific requirements on a very specific vehicle (used manufacturer's website as baseline, which was not accurate), and somehow they were able to get me where I wanted on a lease. Special shout-out to our salesman Jake, and his manager Jonathan... They were able to get me top dollar on my trade and use the equity to meet the down payment requirement on the lease. I have a Ram 1500 and needed the rear axle assembly replaced entirely. I'll start by saying, if I'm being honest, I always hate dealing with dealerships of ANY kind. It's the last place I wanna go. The last experience I had was a TERRIBLE one at Clermont CJDR dealership. So I drove almost an hour to Posner Park CJDR this time. I was HIGHLY expecting to have all sorts of problems with the service, parts, and reliability of the workmanship, etc. Well I was wrong this time. Our service advisor, Mandi Feliciano was INCREDIBLY helpful in every way possible. She was in constant communication with me about my vehicle. And was always quick to get an answer and respond to all of my questions. It really was an experience that couldn't have been much better in my opinion. If I go to a dealership for my vehicle again, it will ABSOLUTELY be Posner Park.

Battery went dead and we needed one as fast as they could do it because my husband had a bunch of doctor appointments. Squeezed us in the next day. Service was fast. Everyone there is very accommodating. Bought our car in 2018 and have always taken it there for service. Never a problem.
