I took my compass for an oil change and tire rotation. Mandi was nice, friendly,helpful. The techs did a great job. It was a great experience.

The agent who signed me in estimated my wait time would be about 1 1/2 hours and within 5 minutes of the estimate I was on my way home. The waiting room was comfortable and the time was not extended.

I want to give a special shoutout to Joe Ocon at Posner Park CDJR. Joe has become my go-to salesman, and honestly, if it wasn’t for him, I probably would have taken my business somewhere else. Every time an obstacle came up during the buying process, Joe went to bat for me. He communicated, stayed involved, and did everything he could to make the purchase as easy and stress-free as possible. He made me feel like he actually cared about earning my business rather than just making another sale. If you’re looking to buy a vehicle here, I highly recommend asking for Joe. That being said, if I’m giving a completely honest review of the dealership as a whole, I was disappointed with my experience once it moved over to the service side. My biggest concern was with work that technicians said had been completed that, from my experience, clearly had not been done. I was also disappointed with how management handled those concerns. The experience felt much less personal, and the level of communication and accountability was nowhere near what I experienced with Joe on the sales side. Joe is honestly the reason I would continue giving Posner Park CDJR an opportunity. He represents exactly what customer service should look like. I just wish that same level of care, communication, and accountability carried over throughout the rest of the dealership.

Posner PCDJ was great 👍. My Compass batteries both went bad and had to be replaced. I made appointment online and brought the Compass in about 9am and was out of there with two new batteries within the hour 😯

Marcos Vargas did my financing and made it quick and painless and had me in an out in no time answering every question that I had...hats off to the entire team at Posner Park CJDR...I would highly recommend this dealership to all of my family and friends,or to anyone reading this...I bought a 2023 Chrysler 300 and got an amazing deal on it being one of the only 23's left on the lot...and I'm very happy with the car and the whole experience!

Excellent service ! My truck had to be in the shop for almost a month because lifters failed from factory. This was with in my warranty. Their team on the dealer side & fleet side walked me through every step of the way . Keeping me updated and providing pictures etc. they took all proper steps and even provided me a rental car to have for the time being in the shop. Will always continue to do business with them

VERY impressed with this Posner Park dealership. My Jeep Grand Cherokee had emergency suspension issues on I-4 on the way from SWFL to Orlando for a trade show. I pulled over, looked up the closest Jeep dealer, and talked with Stephanie in the service dept. After explaining my situation, she guided me through the process that would happen once I called a tow. I received a text from the dealership saying the vehicle was received. The following day after my trade show, I called for an update. Stephanie was on the phone with Mopar warranty filing my claim and texted that she’d keep me posted. After a bit of time, I Ubered to the dealership for an update to be closer to home. Both Hernan and Kevin the service manager went out of their way to help me since Stephanie’s shift was over. Parts were arriving the next day to fix the suspension issues, warranty was covering it, and yes, they’d look into a couple minor items I wanted checked. I was going to Uber to a nearby hotel, but they insisted on having Hernan shuttle me to a hotel. He suggested a closer one than the one I was thinking, and he was spot on. Polite, grabbing my luggage, and waiting until I was in the hotel before leaving. He gave me his cell so I had it for the next day. I messaged Stephanie in the morning, she explained she was waiting for warranty approval on the additional items I asked to check, but I explained I didn’t want to wait another day for any work, and could take care of that closer to home. Within the hour, she texted back that the car was just about ready and my shuttle could come get me. Hernan arrived a short time later, brought my car around and checked me out. Car ran great for the two hour drive home. Highly recommend Posner Park Jeep, Chrysler, etc. service dept, for their customer service, quick turn around, and friendliness!
