Always a great experience with the service department. Lizbeth is always very helpful and provides excellent customer service. I recently had an issue with a battery that was still under warranty, and they took care of everything quickly. I just bought my second car in 3 years from Posner Park CDJRF and it honestly was the best car buying experience I've ever had. From start to finish everyone was professional and polite...my salesman was Cesar De LA Cruz and I can't say enuff about him, he is truely a man of his word! The Business Mgr. Marcos Vargas did my financing and made it quick and painless and had me in an out in no time answering every question that I had...hats off to the entire team at Posner Park CJDR...I would highly recommend this dealership to all of my family and friends,or to anyone reading this...I bought a 2023 Chrysler 300 and got an amazing deal on it being one of the only 23's left on the lot...and I'm very happy with the car and the whole experience!

Excellent service ! My truck had to be in the shop for almost a month because lifters failed from factory. This was with in my warranty. Their team on the dealer side & fleet side walked me through every step of the way . Keeping me updated and providing pictures etc. they took all proper steps and even provided me a rental car to have for the time being in the shop. Will always continue to do business with them

VERY impressed with this Posner Park dealership. My Jeep Grand Cherokee had emergency suspension issues on I-4 on the way from SWFL to Orlando for a trade show. I pulled over, looked up the closest Jeep dealer, and talked with Stephanie in the service dept. After explaining my situation, she guided me through the process that would happen once I called a tow. I received a text from the dealership saying the vehicle was received. The following day after my trade show, I called for an update. Stephanie was on the phone with Mopar warranty filing my claim and texted that she’d keep me posted. After a bit of time, I Ubered to the dealership for an update to be closer to home. Both Hernan and Kevin the service manager went out of their way to help me since Stephanie’s shift was over. Parts were arriving the next day to fix the suspension issues, warranty was covering it, and yes, they’d look into a couple minor items I wanted checked. I was going to Uber to a nearby hotel, but they insisted on having Hernan shuttle me to a hotel. He suggested a closer one than the one I was thinking, and he was spot on. Polite, grabbing my luggage, and waiting until I was in the hotel before leaving. He gave me his cell so I had it for the next day. I messaged Stephanie in the morning, she explained she was waiting for warranty approval on the additional items I asked to check, but I explained I didn’t want to wait another day for any work, and could take care of that closer to home. Within the hour, she texted back that the car was just about ready and my shuttle could come get me. Hernan arrived a short time later, brought my car around and checked me out. Car ran great for the two hour drive home. Highly recommend Posner Park Jeep, Chrysler, etc. service dept, for their customer service, quick turn around, and friendliness!

I went into the dealership with eight thousand dollars in negative equity due to a bad vehicle purchase I had to make two years ago. The dealership worked diligently with me to make sure I got the best deal possible. I wanted a particular vehicle, but the dealership was able to get me a vehicle I liked close to what I was expecting to purchase. The salesman Claudio cared enough to get some additional information about my lifestyle and vehicle usage. Rather than just making a sale he suggested other options such as leasing, which turned out to be the right choice for me. I greatly appreciate everyone’s diligence in the process.

I've dealt with a lot of dealerships on my search for my new Ram, and I should of stopped the moment Angel reached out. He was 100% transparent about everything from the jump. Even when I changed my mind on which truck I wanted right before the appointment he still translated the previous deals over. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to shop here and ask for Angel. Now when it comes to the financing part Matt was extremely friendly and quick. He never tried to push extra options on us but was very helpful explaining each option and we actually settled on some additional services with out ever feeling pressured. Now where things got hectic is at 430 when we tried to wire the money deposit and the bank said sorry cant help you today. We were stressed on how we were going to get home and Bill and Angel came through and made sure we were going to get home in the new truck. I can not tell you how grateful I am for Angel, Matt, and Bill. Amazing team here and will recommend them to everyone I know. Thank you all again.

I had such an amazing experience with Jackie!!! She helped sell me on my dream car ! I had a very good experience, the whole team supported the process professionally and politely with no push at any time. Buying a car, albeit exciting, it is often a big effort, with a lot of information to digest. The Sales Team made everything easy to understand, and tailored to my needs. Our Jeep Gladiator had 36,000 miles on it. When I was trying to leave work on a Friday everything was running on the dash, the starter said run, it wouldn't go out of park. We had it towed to Posners. The next morning my husband called as soon as they opened. They already had the jeep in the shop looking at it and we took it home by two that day. This was a blessing to us since this is our only means of transportation. They were very professional, quick, and kept us well informed about what was going on before they did anything. Wish I could give 10 stars. Stephanie was great. Dodge on cypress had our truck over a month and still didn’t properly correct issues. Dodge in lake wales set an appointment, we left the truck and after 48 hrs said they couldn’t even get a diagnosis done until the following week. So we picked up our vehicle and brought it to this location on a Tuesday and we were ready for pick up by Friday. Every single issue was corrected/repaired and our truck has been driving excellent ever since! Will definitely recommend this dealership and use them for any of our future needs.
