Always a great experience with the service department. Lizbeth is always very helpful and provides excellent customer service. I recently had an issue with a battery that was still under warranty, and they took care of everything quickly. I arrived at the dealership and was back on the road with my RAM 3500 in less than an hour. Great service and very efficient. Thank you, Lizbeth!

I just bought my second car in 3 years from Posner Park CDJRF and it honestly was the best car buying experience I've ever had. From start to finish everyone was professional and polite...my salesman was Cesar De LA Cruz and I can't say enuff about him, he is truely a man of his word! The Business Mgr. Marcos Vargas did my financing and made it quick and painless and had me in an out in no time answering every question that I had...hats off to the entire team at Posner Park CJDR...I would highly recommend this dealership to all of my family and friends,or to anyone reading this...I bought a 2023 Chrysler 300 and got an amazing deal on it being one of the only 23's left on the lot...and I'm very happy with the car and the whole experience!

Excellent service ! My truck had to be in the shop for almost a month because lifters failed from factory. This was with in my warranty. Their team on the dealer side & fleet side walked me through every step of the way . Keeping me updated and providing pictures etc. they took all proper steps and even provided me a rental car to have for the time being in the shop. Will always continue to do business with them

It’s rare to receive this level of customer service, and she made the entire experience stress-free. VERY impressed with this Posner Park dealership. My Jeep Grand Cherokee had emergency suspension issues on I-4 on the way from SWFL to Orlando for a trade show. I pulled over, looked up the closest Jeep dealer, and talked with Stephanie in the service dept. After explaining my situation, she guided me through the process that would happen once I called a tow. I received a text from the dealership saying the vehicle was received. The following day after my trade show, I called for an update. Stephanie was on the phone with Mopar warranty filing my claim and texted that she’d keep me posted. After a bit of time, I Ubered to the dealership for an update to be closer to home. Both Hernan and Kevin the service manager went out of their way to help me since Stephanie’s shift was over. Parts were arriving the next day to fix the suspension issues, warranty was covering it, and yes, they’d look into a couple minor items I wanted checked. I was going to Uber to a nearby hotel, but they insisted on having Hernan shuttle me to a hotel. He suggested a closer one than the one I was thinking, and he was spot on. Polite, grabbing my luggage, and waiting until I was in the hotel before leaving. He gave me his cell so I had it for the next day. I messaged Stephanie in the morning, she explained she was waiting for warranty approval on the additional items I asked to check, but I explained I didn’t want to wait another day for any work, and could take care of that closer to home. Within the hour, she texted back that the car was just about ready and my shuttle could come get me. Hernan arrived a short time later, brought my car around and checked me out. Car ran great for the two hour drive home. Highly recommend Posner Park Jeep, Chrysler, etc. service dept, for their customer service, quick turn around, and friendliness!

Go see Joe! If you need a vehicle I highly recommend going to this dealership because they will hear you out. They will treat you like actual family because Joe now is a part of our family and Bill was amazing. The whole experience of getting my very first car was such a pleasure to deal with Joe and Bill. I have literally been to so many dealerships in Davenport and Orlando and everywhere I went. I was looked down on left disappointed. And I was giving up hope until I pre-qualified and Joe called me and let me tell you I was not disappointed. I went into the dealership with eight thousand dollars in negative equity due to a bad vehicle purchase I had to make two years ago. The dealership worked diligently with me to make sure I got the best deal possible. I wanted a particular vehicle, but the dealership was able to get me a vehicle I liked close to what I was expecting to purchase. The salesman Claudio cared enough to get some additional information about my lifestyle and vehicle usage. Rather than just making a sale he suggested other options such as leasing, which turned out to be the right choice for me. I greatly appreciate everyone’s diligence in the process.

I've dealt with a lot of dealerships on my search for my new Ram, and I should of stopped the moment Angel reached out. He was 100% transparent about everything from the jump. Even when I changed my mind on which truck I wanted right before the appointment he still translated the previous deals over. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to shop here and ask for Angel. Now when it comes to the financing part Matt was extremely friendly and quick. He never tried to push extra options on us but was very helpful explaining each option and we actually settled on some additional services with out ever feeling pressured. Now where things got hectic is at 430 when we tried to wire the money deposit and the bank said sorry cant help you today. We were stressed on how we were going to get home and Bill and Angel came through and made sure we were going to get home in the new truck. I can not tell you how grateful I am for Angel, Matt, and Bill. Amazing team here and will recommend them to everyone I know. Thank you all again.

I needed service on my 2016 Ram 1500, and after trying to get a Ram mechanic to fix the truck, I was 3 months and multiple repairs, parts and money thrown away. Tired of my truck sitting, had it towed to Posner Park, told Jay what was wrong, and work began. A few days later a text comes with a link detailing what is wrong and the cost. Three days later, I threw my own battery in the truck, paid for the work that was done and drove the truck off the lot. Posner Park will from now on be my first stop for a new car and service since two of my last three cars came from Posner Park. Thanks again to the Posner Team.

Angel Jimenez got us into our 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee L when trading in our older vehicle. He understood our need for a safe and reliable vehicle for my wife and I. We thought we’d only get into a preowned vehicle due to our tight budget, but we left that night with a 2025 Jeep with only 11 miles that also matched our budget. That was our greatest testimony last year! Sidenote: Before leaving the facility, my wife and I were sitting waiting with another gentlman, but we happen to overhear a phone conversation Angel was having with a beloved one. He was expressing how he sold us this car, and you could hear the joy not only in his voice but in her response and his child. It was a definitely a surreal moment and very touching. It blessed us witnessing that just as much as riding off in our new Jeep. Thank again Angel! Your name does you justice!

The service advisors were very friendly, however, none of the techs were able to fix the issue on my vehicle. I reached out to the service manager and I heard crickets. Not what I expected from this place. Update Mon Jan 19th, The service manager did contact me and the delay in responding to my email was due to the trusty spam folder. Mr. Slaught apologized for the delay and promptly provided a solution to my issue. This is the service I expected from Posner Jeep. Thank you for reaching and solving my issue

Brought my Daughters car in to get her brakes checked spoke to Stephanie. It’s very kind. Great customer service. Called me back within 15 minutes and told me that my brakes were perfectly fine and not to worry. The car was safe to drive and there was no charge. I definitely appreciate the honesty and will be going back.

Angel was a great salesman, he listened to what we were looking for and tried his best to find something as closest possible to my needs. He also tried his best to keep it in my price range. The experience was great although the car I picked had a bit of a problem. Was very infested of roaches. But angel and the manager and the detail crew made sure to fix the problem before me driving my car off. They did a great job I have had my car for a couple of months now haven’t seen a roach and got it for a steel would recommend

I've moved around frequently for work and I'm very picky about who works on my Jeep. I rely on qualified Jeep service departments to help with my modifications, service, and repairs. My experience with Posner Park was very positive. My Jeep needed to be towed so their service representative (Stephanie) recommended a company (Bolton Towing) who was quick to respond and Eric handled my Jeep with care. My Jeep problem was fixed the same day. They answered all of my questions. A few days later I called back about a different minor issue. The service rep took time to answer my questions. When I showed up without an appointment a few days later, they took care of that minor issue immediately. At every point of contact, from the initial phone call, to the porter handing me the keys, the staff were friendly, professional, and helpful! I'll be returning soon for some upcoming mods I need done.

Absolutely amazing service at positive Park for my Fiat 500 Abarth!!! My driver side window dropped into the door and I was not able to roll it back up again. I took my car in just before the hurricane and Stephanie (Service Advisor) Took my car in immediately. They were unable to fix it ASAP because they had to order parts, but they kept my car inside since the window would not roll up. The work was done perfectly. In addition to fixing the window I also had a bunch of maintenance service done. car came back cleaner that I dropped it off. Amazing service and I will not hesitate to go back there again for any service for my car.

Great experience from the Service Advisor Mandi to the Service Manager (Who I forgot his name) but he took time out to ride with me to try and figure out the problem with my Compass. I cannot recommend Posner Park Dealer enough! I recently bought not one, but two cars from them, and the experience was seamless. My salesman, Angel, and the Sales Manager, Pedro Polanco, were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to find the right deal for me. The person handling the finance paperwork was also great, making the final steps smooth and easy. What impressed me most was the after-sales support. When I got home, a sensor light came on. Instead of making me drive back (I live 70 miles away!), they arranged to have it fixed right in my local area. It was all-around great service. I am one happy customer! ¡Buen trabajo mi gente!
