Great dealership to do business with my salesperson was Jackie and she did a great job in helping find the right truck that fit the situation I was looking for. Very friendly and knowledgeable about the products she sells. I've moved around frequently for work and I'm very picky about who works on my Jeep. I rely on qualified Jeep service departments to help with my modifications, service, and repairs. My experience with Posner Park was very positive. My Jeep needed to be towed so their service representative (Stephanie) recommended a company (Bolton Towing) who was quick to respond and Eric handled my Jeep with care. My Jeep problem was fixed the same day. They answered all of my questions. A few days later I called back about a different minor issue. The service rep took time to answer my questions. When I showed up without an appointment a few days later, they took care of that minor issue immediately. At every point of contact, from the initial phone call, to the porter handing me the keys, the staff were friendly, professional, and helpful! I'll be returning soon for some upcoming mods I need done.

Absolutely amazing service at positive Park for my Fiat 500 Abarth!!! My driver side window dropped into the door and I was not able to roll it back up again. I took my car in just before the hurricane and Stephanie (Service Advisor) Took my car in immediately. They were unable to fix it ASAP because they had to order parts, but they kept my car inside since the window would not roll up. The work was done perfectly. In addition to fixing the window I also had a bunch of maintenance service done. car came back cleaner that I dropped it off. Amazing service and I will not hesitate to go back there again for any service for my car.

Great experience from the Service Advisor Mandi to the Service Manager (Who I forgot his name) but he took time out to ride with me to try and figure out the problem with my Compass. Everything was great. Exceptional service and wasn’t even charged for the work of updating my software to my transmission. Thank you! and highly recommend them.

I cannot recommend Posner Park Dealer enough! I recently bought not one, but two cars from them, and the experience was seamless. My salesman, Angel, and the Sales Manager, Pedro Polanco, were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to find the right deal for me. The person handling the finance paperwork was also great, making the final steps smooth and easy. What impressed me most was the after-sales support. When I got home, a sensor light came on. Instead of making me drive back (I live 70 miles away!), they arranged to have it fixed right in my local area. It was all-around great service. I am one happy customer! ¡Buen trabajo mi gente!

I had a very good experience, the whole team supported the process professionally and politely with no push at any time. Buying a car, albeit exciting, it is often a big effort, with a lot of information to digest. The Sales Team made everything easy to understand, and tailored to my needs. VERY impressed with this Posner Park dealership. My Jeep Grand Cherokee had emergency suspension issues on I-4 on the way from SWFL to Orlando for a trade show. I pulled over, looked up the closest Jeep dealer, and talked with Stephanie in the service dept. After explaining my situation, she guided me through the process that would happen once I called a tow. I received a text from the dealership saying the vehicle was received. The following day after my trade show, I called for an update. Stephanie was on the phone with Mopar warranty filing my claim and texted that she’d keep me posted. After a bit of time, I Ubered to the dealership for an update to be closer to home. Both Hernan and Kevin the service manager went out of their way to help me since Stephanie’s shift was over. Parts were arriving the next day to fix the suspension issues, warranty was covering it, and yes, they’d look into a couple minor items I wanted checked. I was going to Uber to a nearby hotel, but they insisted on having Hernan shuttle me to a hotel. He suggested a closer one than the one I was thinking, and he was spot on. Polite, grabbing my luggage, and waiting until I was in the hotel before leaving. He gave me his cell so I had it for the next day. I messaged Stephanie in the morning, she explained she was waiting for warranty approval on the additional items I asked to check, but I explained I didn’t want to wait another day for any work, and could take care of that closer to home. Within the hour, she texted back that the car was just about ready and my shuttle could come get me. Hernan arrived a short time later, brought my car around and checked me out. Car ran great for the two hour drive home. Highly recommend Posner Park Jeep, Chrysler, etc. service dept, for their customer service, quick turn around, and friendliness!

I went into the dealership with eight thousand dollars in negative equity due to a bad vehicle purchase I had to make two years ago. The dealership worked diligently with me to make sure I got the best deal possible. I wanted a particular vehicle, but the dealership was able to get me a vehicle I liked close to what I was expecting to purchase. The salesman Claudio cared enough to get some additional information about my lifestyle and vehicle usage. Rather than just making a sale he suggested other options such as leasing, which turned out to be the right choice for me. I greatly appreciate everyone’s diligence in the process.

I've dealt with a lot of dealerships on my search for my new Ram, and I should of stopped the moment Angel reached out. He was 100% transparent about everything from the jump. Even when I changed my mind on which truck I wanted right before the appointment he still translated the previous deals over. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to shop here and ask for Angel. Now when it comes to the financing part Matt was extremely friendly and quick. He never tried to push extra options on us but was very helpful explaining each option and we actually settled on some additional services with out ever feeling pressured. Now where things got hectic is at 430 when we tried to wire the money deposit and the bank said sorry cant help you today. We were stressed on how we were going to get home and Bill and Angel came through and made sure we were going to get home in the new truck. I can not tell you how grateful I am for Angel, Matt, and Bill. Amazing team here and will recommend them to everyone I know. Thank you all again.

I went in with very specific requirements on a very specific vehicle (used manufacturer's website as baseline, which was not accurate), and somehow they were able to get me where I wanted on a lease. We were on vacation this year & needed 2 new tires, the “key” for the locking lug nuts did not get put back in our truck after the last tire change at our dealership at home. So they were able to work us in to remove the locking lug nuts & put on regular lug nuts so we wont have that that problem again. So they had a special on tires , buy 3 get the 4th for $1, so I got 4 new tires & a fro t end alignment all done in 1 stop without a long wait. Their service department was wonderful ! I can’t say enough good about them for this situation.
