Justin helped me and my wife during our vacation trip our vehicle broke down and before you know it we had our vehicle back on the road with minimal to none wait time repairs were completed in a timely manner and kept us updated at all time . Best service experience in years

Jake provided excellent service. I came in with a tire issue on my 2025 Ram truck, and he clearly showed me the damage and explained my options. He walked me through the Sunbit process, making it easy to purchase four new tires. He also arranged a rental vehicle while my truck was being serviced. I truly appreciate his professionalism and helpfulness. I’ll definitely continue doing business with Posner and Stephanie. It’s great to know Jake is there overseeing everything and stepping in when needed.

I recently had my oil changed and brakes serviced at Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Mandi was my service advisor, and she was absolutely amazing! She was friendly, knowledgeable, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. She made everything easy to understand, explained what my vehicle needed, and made sure the service was completed in a timely manner. Had truck brought in for not starting properly. Long story short. Was not able to diagnose the problem. After explaining to Lizbeth (service advisor). They got the truck fixed. Here is where the 4 stars come in. Two days later. Truck had same issues again. Lucky I was able to start it and drive it in myself on a Friday morning, avoiding towing it in. And Posner had it for over the weekend due to Saturday is only express oil changes and closed on Sundays. This is where the 5 stars come in. Lizbeth!! She was very professional and stayed in contact throughout the whole process. Gave her number and said to text or call for any reasons. Whenever I texted and asked about truck. She replied back in a very timely manner. When got call that truck was fixed again and ready for pick up. I had to pay another $100 deductible (even though I paid the $100 from first pick up)since warranty said a different part was used to fix truck from the first visit. Spoke to warranty and they verified this. Spoke to Lizbeth and she said she would make the call to warranty and explain everything. And then got call and she took care of the extra $100 deductible, didn’t have to pay. If you are bringing your vehicle to Posner Park Chrysler Dodge Ram. I truly recommend asking for Lizbeth as your service advisor. Appears that she goes the extra mile to make sure you are treated like a vip customer.

We showed up late on a Saturday evening to look at a Jeep that was on their website, unluckily for us the Jeep had a deal going already. Israel quickly looked for some other possibilities and brought another vehicle to our attention. It was the original jeeps twin with a few extras I liked. Sold, thanks to Israel and the team for staying late and getting the deal done.

I needed service on my 2016 Ram 1500, and after trying to get a Ram mechanic to fix the truck, I was 3 months and multiple repairs, parts and money thrown away. Tired of my truck sitting, had it towed to Posner Park, told Jay what was wrong, and work began. A few days later a text comes with a link detailing what is wrong and the cost. Three days later, I threw my own battery in the truck, paid for the work that was done and drove the truck off the lot. Posner Park will from now on be my first stop for a new car and service since two of my last three cars came from Posner Park. Thanks again to the Posner Team.

Angel Jimenez got us into our 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee L when trading in our older vehicle. He understood our need for a safe and reliable vehicle for my wife and I. We thought we’d only get into a preowned vehicle due to our tight budget, but we left that night with a 2025 Jeep with only 11 miles that also matched our budget. That was our greatest testimony last year! Sidenote: Before leaving the facility, my wife and I were sitting waiting with another gentlman, but we happen to overhear a phone conversation Angel was having with a beloved one. He was expressing how he sold us this car, and you could hear the joy not only in his voice but in her response and his child. It was a definitely a surreal moment and very touching. It blessed us witnessing that just as much as riding off in our new Jeep. Thank again Angel! Your name does you justice!

The service advisors were very friendly, however, none of the techs were able to fix the issue on my vehicle. I reached out to the service manager and I heard crickets. Not what I expected from this place. Update Mon Jan 19th, The service manager did contact me and the delay in responding to my email was due to the trusty spam folder. Mr. Slaught apologized for the delay and promptly provided a solution to my issue. This is the service I expected from Posner Jeep. Thank you for reaching and solving my issue

Brought my Daughters car in to get her brakes checked spoke to Stephanie. It’s very kind. Great customer service. Called me back within 15 minutes and told me that my brakes were perfectly fine and not to worry. The car was safe to drive and there was no charge. Angel was a great salesman, he listened to what we were looking for and tried his best to find something as closest possible to my needs. He also tried his best to keep it in my price range. The experience was great although the car I picked had a bit of a problem. Was very infested of roaches. But angel and the manager and the detail crew made sure to fix the problem before me driving my car off. They did a great job I have had my car for a couple of months now haven’t seen a roach and got it for a steel would recommend

VERY impressed with this Posner Park dealership. My Jeep Grand Cherokee had emergency suspension issues on I-4 on the way from SWFL to Orlando for a trade show. I pulled over, looked up the closest Jeep dealer, and talked with Stephanie in the service dept. After explaining my situation, she guided me through the process that would happen once I called a tow. I received a text from the dealership saying the vehicle was received. The following day after my trade show, I called for an update. Stephanie was on the phone with Mopar warranty filing my claim and texted that she’d keep me posted. After a bit of time, I Ubered to the dealership for an update to be closer to home. Both Hernan and Kevin the service manager went out of their way to help me since Stephanie’s shift was over. Parts were arriving the next day to fix the suspension issues, warranty was covering it, and yes, they’d look into a couple minor items I wanted checked. I was going to Uber to a nearby hotel, but they insisted on having Hernan shuttle me to a hotel. He suggested a closer one than the one I was thinking, and he was spot on. Polite, grabbing my luggage, and waiting until I was in the hotel before leaving. He gave me his cell so I had it for the next day. I messaged Stephanie in the morning, she explained she was waiting for warranty approval on the additional items I asked to check, but I explained I didn’t want to wait another day for any work, and could take care of that closer to home. Within the hour, she texted back that the car was just about ready and my shuttle could come get me. Hernan arrived a short time later, brought my car around and checked me out. Car ran great for the two hour drive home. Highly recommend Posner Park Jeep, Chrysler, etc. service dept, for their customer service, quick turn around, and friendliness!

Go see Joe! If you need a vehicle I highly recommend going to this dealership because they will hear you out. They will treat you like actual family because Joe now is a part of our family and Bill was amazing. The whole experience of getting my very first car was such a pleasure to deal with Joe and Bill. I have literally been to so many dealerships in Davenport and Orlando and everywhere I went. I was looked down on left disappointed. I went into the dealership with eight thousand dollars in negative equity due to a bad vehicle purchase I had to make two years ago. The dealership worked diligently with me to make sure I got the best deal possible. I wanted a particular vehicle, but the dealership was able to get me a vehicle I liked close to what I was expecting to purchase. The salesman Claudio cared enough to get some additional information about my lifestyle and vehicle usage. Rather than just making a sale he suggested other options such as leasing, which turned out to be the right choice for me. I greatly appreciate everyone’s diligence in the process.

I've dealt with a lot of dealerships on my search for my new Ram, and I should of stopped the moment Angel reached out. He was 100% transparent about everything from the jump. Even when I changed my mind on which truck I wanted right before the appointment he still translated the previous deals over. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to shop here and ask for Angel. Now when it comes to the financing part Matt was extremely friendly and quick. He never tried to push extra options on us but was very helpful explaining each option and we actually settled on some additional services with out ever feeling pressured. Now where things got hectic is at 430 when we tried to wire the money deposit and the bank said sorry cant help you today. We were stressed on how we were going to get home and Bill and Angel came through and made sure we were going to get home in the new truck. I can not tell you how grateful I am for Angel, Matt, and Bill. Amazing team here and will recommend them to everyone I know. Thank you all again.

I honestly didn't think they could do it... But they did!! I went in with very specific requirements on a very specific vehicle (used manufacturer's website as baseline, which was not accurate), and somehow they were able to get me where I wanted on a lease. Special shout-out to our salesman Jake, and his manager Jonathan... They were able to get me top dollar on my trade and use the equity to meet the down payment requirement on the lease. We were on vacation this year & needed 2 new tires, the “key” for the locking lug nuts did not get put back in our truck after the last tire change at our dealership at home. So they were able to work us in to remove the locking lug nuts & put on regular lug nuts so we wont have that that problem again. So they had a special on tires , buy 3 get the 4th for $1, so I got 4 new tires & a fro t end alignment all done in 1 stop without a long wait. Their service department was wonderful ! I can’t say enough good about them for this situation.
