VERY impressed with this Posner Park dealership. My Jeep Grand Cherokee had emergency suspension issues on I-4 on the way from SWFL to Orlando for a trade show. I pulled over, looked up the closest Jeep dealer, and talked with Stephanie in the service dept. After explaining my situation, she guided me through the process that would happen once I called a tow. I received a text from the dealership saying the vehicle was received. The following day after my trade show, I called for an update. Stephanie was on the phone with Mopar warranty filing my claim and texted that she’d keep me posted. After a bit of time, I Ubered to the dealership for an update to be closer to home. Both Hernan and Kevin the service manager went out of their way to help me since Stephanie’s shift was over. Parts were arriving the next day to fix the suspension issues, warranty was covering it, and yes, they’d look into a couple minor items I wanted checked. I was going to Uber to a nearby hotel, but they insisted on having Hernan shuttle me to a hotel. He suggested a closer one than the one I was thinking, and he was spot on. Polite, grabbing my luggage, and waiting until I was in the hotel before leaving. He gave me his cell so I had it for the next day. I messaged Stephanie in the morning, she explained she was waiting for warranty approval on the additional items I asked to check, but I explained I didn’t want to wait another day for any work, and could take care of that closer to home. Within the hour, she texted back that the car was just about ready and my shuttle could come get me. Hernan arrived a short time later, brought my car around and checked me out. Car ran great for the two hour drive home. Highly recommend Posner Park Jeep, Chrysler, etc. service dept, for their customer service, quick turn around, and friendliness!

All I had to do was tell them of the issues and they found everything that was wrong with my Jeep. My service partner Stephanie was the absolute best person in the whole world. She was genuinely concerned very professional and led me in the right direction every way. That girl deserves a raise I absolutely loved her

Absolutely amazing service at positive Park for my Fiat 500 Abarth!!! My driver side window dropped into the door and I was not able to roll it back up again. I took my car in just before the hurricane and Stephanie (Service Advisor) Took my car in immediately. They were unable to fix it ASAP because they had to order parts, but they kept my car inside since the window would not roll up. The work was done perfectly. In addition to fixing the window I also had a bunch of maintenance service done. car came back cleaner that I dropped it off. Amazing service and I will not hesitate to go back there again for any service for my car.

Last time at dealership 2 months ago and 2 weeks ago they gave great service for both my 2024 Ram 2500 Heavy Duty 6.4 liter Hemi and on our 2020 Jeep Rubicon. Stephanie was my services wrighter and she does a very good job of keeping me informed of services being done on my Vehicles.

Wish I could give 10 stars. Stephanie was great. Dodge on cypress had our truck over a month and still didn’t properly correct issues. Dodge in lake wales set an appointment, we left the truck and after 48 hrs said they couldn’t even get a diagnosis done until the following week. So we picked up our vehicle and brought it to this location on a Tuesday and we were ready for pick up by Friday. Every single issue was corrected/repaired and our truck has been driving excellent ever since! Will definitely recommend this dealership and use them for any of our future needs.
