Can't be trusted. Get all promises in writing. No after the sale service. Purchased a vehicle with TMPS light on the dash. Was told it would be repaired. They tried but when it turned out to be more expensive than they expected they returned the car in worse shape and refused to fix it or refund my purchase.

Unfortunately I don't share the same sentiments as some of the other reviews!: My step daughter was sold a 17 Grand Cherokee Laredo, approved with $1000. Down and comfortable payments for a 11,000 SUV. Less than a week later we get a called back that the bank couldn't approved the car be cause it had severe damaged from a accident that wasn't on the carfax. I dropped my 2021 Wrangler 4xe off for Recall 68C (HV Battery fire risk) on 1/28/26 and was provided a loaner.
On 1/31/26, I received a message requesting authorization of $442.26 in diagnostic charges because the vehicle “would not communicate with modules,” with no additional explanation. I immediately requested clarification and did not receive further information until 2/2/26. At that time, I was told no physical or visual inspection had been performed beyond scan attempts and that no troubleshooting steps had been taken, including reseating connections.

Brought my 2017 Patriot in for 2 issues. The estimate, which included new brakes, didn’t ask for that came to over $3000. Fine, I get it, you need to make money. I only got one of the issues fixed, the back passenger window motor as it was necessary. $1400 and 2 weeks later it is fixed, but now the back passenger door won’t lock but I’m not going back. I had a very good experience, the whole team supported the process professionally and politely with no push at any time. Buying a car, albeit exciting, it is often a big effort, with a lot of information to digest. The Sales Team made everything easy to understand, and tailored to my needs. Camilo and Jonathan have been informative, supportive and professional. Marcos made the financial side (which usually is the most concerning) quite straightforward. Overall a very good experience!

I was sold a bad tire. Pressure was low and I was promised it would be fixed. Tire is still leaking and was not repaired.
This place is a very good place to take your car for services, they are professionals and the results are very good; Luis, the technical advisor, who take care of my concerns, was a very helpful person, his advice and the answers to my questions were so much appreciated and help me to take the decisions, thank you very much for your professionalism and honesty.
Agent was very cordial and informative, explained what was going to be done to my truck and what need it to be done in the future.

My experience and interactions with the employees in the service department the past few months has been incredibly satisfying as a customer. They are always polite, helpful and patient. They are very good at communicating everything about the service process. The service manager went above and beyond when I was last in there by checking on my issue and diagnosing it himself as the shop was about to close for the day. I would definitely recommend this dealership for any work that needs to be done.

They depend on your ignorance to make money. I think they gave me the worst offer on my trade I received all week, 3k below what a dealership offered me the day before and then on top of that, tried to make me buyout my lease so they could make their dealer fee on the sale and then trade it in, like I don’t know their lease buyout is less than my customer payoff. Go someplace else. This is a dealership fueled by greed and uninformed consumers.
